Our Mission

To serve youth, by providing a watering of intentional resources, care and opportunities to acquire education and total health success.

Our Story

Founded by a passionate mom of five who saw an unmet need in her own community for an intentional, enriching out-of-school time program for children.

Give Support

We are currently serving the Ritenour community. You can help serve by partnering with The WAY Center to deliver an amazing out-of-school time solution to the children in our community.

We Focus On Watering The Whole Child

But, What Does Watering Mean?

Watering is a pouring of intentional care and resources to achieve academic and total health success. This watering includes access, collaboration, communication and a collective effort to serve the students and families.

Words From Our Community

Kids Dancing
Quotation Marks

“Let me start by saying thank you for stepping up and advocating for not only Ritenour kids, but kids across the STL Region. I have long thought that a gap exists in afterschool offerings, with the absence of purposeful offerings focused on cultivating excellence in academics and leadership.”

Dr. Chris Kilbride,  Ritenour Superintendent
